If you’re not sure what’s wrong with your device, and you want to know if it is worth repairing, we will do a Full Diagnostic Evaluation, so you know up front how much it will cost to repair. You can elect to continue with a repair, or not, the choice is always yours.

Getting your device repaired shouldn’t break the bank. Our low price guarantee ensures that we always offer the best price to our customers. Just bring in any local competitor’s published price for the same repair and parts and we will happily match and beat their price by £5. If you had your device repaired by sending it in to one of our Mobile Phone Repair Shops us, we will pay for the postage or if you are in Bristol, Keynsham, Brislington or any of the surrounding areas within 45 min drive, we will just come to you in one of our mobile Dr Fixit Workshop Vans

Brought in my Samsung Tablet to have a jammed memory card removed. I was helped by Stan, who had it repaired by the next day. Stan was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience! Will definitely be back.
