We are all busy. DrFixit operates a Mobile Repair Service. We have state of the art workshops fitted in to our vans, meaning that we can arrive at a location of your choice, your place of work, or if you are a teacher, at your school for example and repair your device whilst you carry on with tasks that are more important to you.

Clever Pricing

We charge a Non-refundable Call Out Fee. We will divide that fee by the number of people needing a repair. We only need to do 3 jobs at a time and each person will only pay an additional £10 for the convenience of having their Apple, Samsung, Huawei Device repaired at their work, school or organisation.

12 Months Warranty

We stand by our repairs and we stand by our spares. We flat out refuse to use sub-standard spares, use the most up to date methods and ensure we have access to the best tools. Winning your trust is a hard earned battle, easily dashed in a second.

Make Admin Easy

We agree terms which outline our relationship. Every time a new repair is initiated, the iTech will inspect the device prior to working on it & will only contact you if there are some functions not working, saving you and your employees valuable time filling out forms and waiting for a pre-assessment inspection to be done.

We will not only repair your company device’s, we will repair your employee’s devices also, meaning that your employees will also benefit from getting their device’s repaired for as little as £10 call out fee, that way everyone wins…

Keeping You Connected

Providing a Mobile Repair Service means that in rare circumstances we may not be able to perform the repairs on site. This may mean you need to be without your device for a few days, but we have a plan. We keep “Loan Devices” on hand and if the need arises, we will ensure that you can use one of our Loan Devices to go about your daily chores or run your business with the minimum of disruption whilst we get your device repaired.

Spares

Not all companies use the same Brand of Phone. Some like iPhones, others have contracted to using Samsung. At the beginning of a new relationship, we will ask you what are the most common devices your team uses. We will commit to keeping enough spares of these Brands and Models to repair your devices Quickly

We Don’t Know Everything

We cover over 250  model / brand combinations, so some times we just do not have the answer. We value your business and will therefore do our best to ensure we can repair your device quickly and professionally, so we will take the time to research your particular issue and if it is fixable, we will research how do it.
