No Fix No Fee?

We would love to be able to fix every device and would love to be able to give you your device back working as it should be. Some devices are just beyond repair or need to be taken to a Micro-Soldering Specialist. Our expertise has taken years to acquire, so we charge £20 for any device which we are not able to repair. This by no means covers our costs, as we sometimes spend in excess of an hour or two working through different options to get your device working again. In the event that you have called us out to your location, we will only charge you the call out fee plus £10. If we are unable to repair your device, we may still be able to help get your device fixed and may even be able to get your data recovered. We have teamed up with a specialist “Micro-Soldering Board Level Repair Company” here in Bristol specifically to ensure we get your device fixed in almost all cases.

Samsung A73 5G Known Issues

Wi-Fi connects normally but certain sites and apps refuse to load

So, this one gets blamed on the router almost every time, and that’s usually wrong. An A73 owner reported the phone joins Wi-Fi perfectly — connected, no warning icon, everything looking normal — but certain sites and apps just sit there and never load, with nothing on the network doing any blocking. Switch the same phone to mobile data and those pages open straight away. That’s the detail worth noticing: a genuinely dead Wi-Fi radio doesn’t pick and choose which pages it serves. But I’ll be straight with you — this is one unresolved owner report, not a confirmed hardware fault, so treat it as a symptom to recognise rather than a diagnosis. If your A73 does it on every network you try, the phone is the common factor.

Samsung A73 5G Specifications

The Samsung A73 5G (model SM-A736B) has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus screen at 120Hz, running on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage, plus a microSD slot shared with the SIM tray.

The main rear camera is 108MP with optical stabilisation, joined by a 12MP ultra-wide, a 5MP macro and an auxiliary lens, and the selfie camera is 32MP. The battery is 5000mAh with 25W wired charging. It’s rated IP67, uses an optical fingerprint reader under the screen, and has no headphone jack.
